We had a wonderful week's stay celebrating a special birthday. The attentive staff made us feel like valued guests right from check-in, although we did notice that English was not widely spoken among them. The food was diverse and delicious, especially at the a la carte restaurant. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but we did have to wake up early to secure loungers. Overall, it was a magical week, although some language challenges and sunbed-saving antics made it less than perfect.

Our family had a memorable vacation at the Crystal Family Resort, which was perfect for all ages in our group from kids to grandparents.
