We had a wonderful week's stay celebrating a special birthday. The attentive staff made us feel like valued guests right from check-in, although we did notice that English was not widely spoken among them. The food was diverse and delicious, especially at the a la carte restaurant. The pool area was clean and enjoyable, but we did have to wake up early to secure loungers. Overall, it was a magical week, although some language challenges and sunbed-saving antics made it less than perfect.
Our family had a memorable vacation at the Crystal Family Resort, which was perfect for all ages in our group from kids to grandparents. The dining options were diverse and tasty, and the pool area was a hit with the kids. While the rooms were spacious and clean, we did experience some noise from the nearby hotel and the air conditioning could have been better. Overall, it was a fantastic family holiday with lots of fun activities.
